§1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By creating a plwin account, accessing the plwin website, or using any plwin service, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with the plwin Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the plwin platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the site without an account, and any person accessing plwin content through any device or browser.

1.3 plwin reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the plwin platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

§2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the plwin platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Age Verification. plwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of plwin is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. plwin makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.

2.4 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who are subject to a court order restricting gambling activity, are not eligible to use plwin.

2.5 Employee Restriction. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of plwin and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the plwin platform.

§3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) plwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your plwin account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your plwin account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

3.4 Unauthorized Access. You must notify plwin immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your plwin account. plwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.5 Account Ownership. plwin accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your plwin account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

3.6 KYC Verification. plwin may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. KYC requirements may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

§4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. plwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the plwin platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). plwin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals are supported.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. plwin reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. plwin aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements.

4.5 Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. plwin reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.

4.6 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must not fund your plwin account using payment methods that do not belong to you, or using any fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment instrument. Any deposits identified as originating from unauthorized sources will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

§5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 plwin may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without compensation.

5.5 plwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. plwin also reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms.

§6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Each game available on the plwin platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

6.2 RNG Certification. All plwin casino games that use random number generation (RNG) are supplied by certified game providers whose RNG systems are independently audited for fairness and randomness. plwin does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, plwin reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. plwin's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Disconnection Policy. plwin is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing real-money wagers.

§7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plwin platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the plwin platform;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the plwin platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing plwin staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the plwin platform or its underlying software.

7.2 plwin employs fraud detection systems and monitors player activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, plwin will take immediate action including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

§8 Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 plwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where plwin reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information;
• The player's account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity;
• The player is under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to plwin.

8.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your plwin account at any time by contacting plwin customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and wagering requirement satisfaction) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

8.3 Forfeiture. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, plwin reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both deposited funds and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

§9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the plwin platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of plwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the plwin platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any plwin content without prior written consent.

§10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, plwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the plwin platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your plwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 plwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the plwin platform.

10.3 plwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the plwin platform at your own risk.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude plwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

§11 Privacy

11.1 plwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at plwin.app/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11.2 By registering for a plwin account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

11.3 plwin will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and game providers as necessary for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

§12 Responsible Gaming

12.1 plwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling among its players. plwin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the plwin platform.

13.2 Your continued use of the plwin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the plwin platform and may request account closure.

§14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to plwin customer support for informal resolution.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14.4 plwin operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
